Product Introduction:

The DS-1206 intelligent dissolution system is a high-performance 12-cup and 12-rod dissolution testing device designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the US Pharmacopoeia, and the Guiding Principles for Mechanical Validation of Drug Dissolution Meters.

Main Features:

1. Comply with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the American Pharmacopoeia, and the Guiding Principles for Mechanical Validation of Drug Dissolution Meters.

2. Can accommodate 12 dissolution cups and 12 rods.

3. The driving head of the dissolution instrument adopts an intelligent automatic lifting method, and the imported electric lifting column ensures the accurate and reliable lifting of the dissolution instrument head. It ensures the reproducibility of key parameters such as the setting height and center position of the mixing shaft in the experimental conditions.

4. High precision center positioning of the dissolution cup.

5. Use a non resident high-precision temperature probe to monitor the temperature of the dissolved medium at a predetermined time point, and configure an integrated sampling needle to ensure that the sampling position remains unchanged.

6. Adopting imported stepper motors to control the speed, ensuring accurate, stable and reliable speed;

7. A common shaft can be connected to interchangeable baskets and blades. After the initial positioning of the height, there is no need to adjust it again, making switching extremely convenient.

8. Color touch screen with graphical display, easy and intuitive operation.

9. By using a large-sized touch screen, it is convenient to track user permission settings and ensure that only allowed users can operate the instrument. It fully complies with regulatory requirements such as USP/FDA.
